WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. — Eastern Transit Plaza in Williamsville has been sold for $5.5 million.
5445 Transit Road Holdings WNY LLC, a Williamsville company affiliated with local investor Joseph Mancuso,, bought the 12,334-square-foot building from 5445 Transit Road LLC, an affiliate of Dr. Ismet Hallac.
Broker Rick Recckio said Hallac, 88, is finally looking to retire from maintaining the 13.7-acre property
"He's been there every day. He does his own snowplowing, landscaping, everything," Recckio said.
