HAMBURG, N.Y. — Texas Roadhouse is expanding in Western New York with a third location.
The Louisville, Kentucky-based chain is working with Benderson Development to add a site at the Brierwood Plaza in Hamburg.
Plans call for building a 7,926-square-foot restaurant at 5450 Southwestern Blvd., just south of Walmart, according to plans filed with the Town of Hamburg planning board, which will review the project at its Nov. 20 meeting. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
