AMHERST, N.Y. — Sheridan Drive is a long, main road in the Buffalo area, but not one that typically comes to mind for million-dollar home sales.
Yet, a house just sold for over $2 million there.
Barbara Baker recently sold 4959 Sheridan Drive, Amherst for $2.24 million to 4959 Sheridan Dr LLC, with an office location listed as a Buffalo home, according to July 16 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.
The single-family residence property, which is 4.43 acres, is right near Park Country Club.
The site includes a 5,542-square-foot home that was built in 1996, based on Erie County Real Property information. The home has five bedrooms, 4.5 baths and four fireplaces.
