BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new restaurant with a familiar name is coming to the neighborhood on Buffalo’s West Side.
Roseland’s Atlas is under development for 492 Rhode Island St. at Chenango, most recently home to Providence Social. The name pays homage to the former Romanello’s Roseland, which operated at the space for 75 years before closing in 2003.
The menu will be designed by Chef Michael Deganis, most recently with JT’s Urban Italian, who spent seven years working in Philadelphia then came back and worked at Patina 250.
