AMHERST, N.Y. — It looks like another national retailer could be coming to the Buffalo market.
REI Co-op, an outdoor gear and clothing retailer based in Sumner, Washington-based, is reportedly ‘coming soon’ to the Boulevard shopping center in Amherst in a portion of the former Christmas Tree Shop space, based on a shopping center map on a leasing page.
Construction vehicles have been at the site recently. Doug Gesel, Amherst's supervising code enforcement officer, confirmed to Business First that permits have been issued to renovate the exterior façade to prep for a future tenant.
