HAMBURG, N.Y. — The companies that own a pair of Hamburg medical office buildings are clashing in court.
Camp Road SRR LLC has sued developer F. James McGuire and several of his affiliated companies in Erie County Supreme Court, alleging McGuire has "mismanaged the companies and their respective real estate developments" at 4855 and 4901 Camp Road.
McGuire said the lawsuit is an extension of a messy negotiation over the buildings.
