LEWISTON, N.Y. — A Lewiston nursing home on the campus of Mount St. Mary’s Hospital is changing hands.
The sale of Our Lady of Peace Nursing Care Residence comes eight years after Mount St. Mary’s merged into Catholic Health. Both were part of Ascension Health, a national nonprofit health system with $28 billion in revenue.
The nonprofit nursing home at 5285 Lewiston Road includes 210 skilled nursing beds plus a 40-bed sub-acute rehab unit. Terms of the deal were not yet available.
