BUFFALO, N.Y. — A change in ownership is underway at a downtown wine bar.
The Winesmith is coming to 846 Main St. in Buffalo where Just Vino closed in late August. Phil Smith will take over after 10 years behind the bar.
Smith bought the business from Jeff Borsuk and Ken Wood, who founded Just Vino 17 years ago inside the Granite Works, a multi-use site operated by First Amherst Development. Smith’s plans call for keeping the wine theme, with a few changes to make it his own.
