BUFFALO, N.Y. — Adrian Bylewski’s career as a chef has included working in kitchens that range from Hutch’s and Buffalo Chophouse to his own restaurant on Elmwood Avenue and even a private gig in Qatar.

MaryRuth Rera has worked long-term as a private chef for designer Ralph Lauren as well as Jeremy Jacobs Sr., while catering parties for up to 100.

But both chefs are also available to do your next party, too. They’re among half a dozen chefs that have signed on with Curate Hospitality, a Buffalo-based service that provides a menu of services to private and corporate clients, as well as to the chefs themselves.
