NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — Nearly two years after development plans were first shared, construction has begun on a second Moe’s Southwest Grill in Niagara Falls.
Restaurateur Muhammed Shoaib will convert a former Pizza Hut building at 7721 Niagara Falls Blvd., which he acquired in 2020 during the pandemic.
A new façade went up in recent weeks, and the interior will be gutted, he said. He expects to spend $1.5 million on the project, including the building purchase, he said.
