BUFFALO, N.Y. — Hofbrauhaus Buffalo has a new general manager, a new chef and a new menu.
But don’t expect the Bavarian-themed beer hall downtown to feel very different: You’ll still find traditional foods and oompah bands and a year-round Oktoberfest atmosphere.
The updated dinner menu, which launched May 6, also includes a Munich-style half roasted chicken, three new salad options, Buffalo-style chicken, and a burger made from a special blend of bison, boar head pork, venison and elk. Among the items cut: weisswürste white sausage, sauerbraten pork roast and dumplings. Diners will also find a new kids’ menu, a new bar menu and an updated brunch menu, starting on Mother’s Day.
