DEPEW, N.Y. — Erie County's newest car wash is nearly ready to open, and a California real estate investment trust has paid $4.53 million for the property.
Go Car Wash will open at 4801 Broadway, Depew, within the next two weeks. Developer Royal Wash Development LLC, an affiliate of Rochester-based Daniele Family Cos., sold the property to VEREIT Real Estate L.P., an affiliate of San Diego-based Realty Income.
This is standard practice, according to Anthony Daniele, president of Daniele Family Cos. His company has developed several Go Car Wash locations in Western New York, almost all of which have been purchased by Realty Income affiliates.
Since 2021, Realty Income has purchased seven recently developed Go car washes in Erie County and one in Niagara County, at prices ranging from $2.56 million to $4.73 million.
