FREDONIA, N.Y. — A new brewery is taking over the EBC West, the taproom operating under the Ellicottville Brewing Co. brand in Fredonia.
The site at 34 W. Main St. will transition into the Monster Beach Brewery & Tiki Bar in January, offering beer brewed onsite and a full menu of tiki bar rum drinks, as well as a full menu of tropical-inspired small plates.
The project comes from Christopher and Mandi Shepp in partnership with Robert Turley Jr., who is leaving his post as head brewer at EBC to head up production at the new business.
