EAST AURORA, N.Y. — A California-based company is moving one of its businesses out of East Aurora, amid recent public pressures and leadership changeups.
Mattel (NASDAQ: MAT) is moving its preschool business to El Segundo, California, according to a company spokesperson. Some local employees have been offered roles in other areas of the company. The spokesperson declined to provide more details, such as the number of employees who were offered other roles
Fisher-Price has laid off 75 to 100 workers, according to a recent report from the Buffalo News.
