JetBlue adds winter service to Florida, drops another seasonal route

JetBlue is making changes to its winter routes schedule, and those changes will affect Buffalo travelers.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — JetBlue is making changes to its winter routes schedule, and those changes will affect Buffalo travelers.

The airline has added a nonstop route from Buffalo to Palm Beach, Florida, on a seasonal basis beginning Oct. 26. Pascal Cohen, senior marketing manager and aviation business development for the airport, said that route will run three times per week into early spring.

Cohen said that JetBlue Airways Corp. (Nasdaq: JBLU) also recently added a second daily flight for the winter — that is, late October through April — to Fort Lauderdale.
