BUFFALO, N.Y. — J.D. Power's most recent airport satisfaction study brings good news for Buffalo's airport.
Buffalo Niagara International Airport ranked fifth of out 15 medium-sized airports on the 2024 North America Airport Satisfaction Study, the results of which were released today. Sixty-two airports in three different size categories — medium, large and mega — were surveyed.
The Buffalo airport got 670 points on a 1,000-point scale. None of the airports broke 700 points.
