BUFFALO, N.Y. — A new restaurant tenant is preparing to open at 500 Seneca.
The Grazeful Gatherer is taking space in the third floor atrium at the building, where Morgan Molsino and her chef/husband, Steven Hummel, will offer a full-service café and charcuterie grab-and-go offerings.
It’s the next step for Molsino, who turned a pandemic charcuterie hobby into a catering venture. A graduate of Niagara University’s hospitality program, she has worked in the industry for 14 years, including serving as event manager and dining room captain at the Athaneum at Chautauqua Institution as well as catering stints with Santora’s, the Buffalo & Erie County Botanical Gardens and the former Hotel Henry. The latter is where she met Hummel.
