ANGOLA, New York — It’s not every day that a prime piece of private beach property goes on the market. It’s even less common for the site to be 16 acres of waterfront space.
8462 Lakeshore Road, Angola was recently listed for sale for $4.855 million. The Lake Erie property is the former St. Vincent de Paul summer camp with about a dozen cabins. The site already has permits and approvals from New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Erie County and the Town of Evans to develop 22 residential lots.
The property, which could become residential houses or a massive family compound with space for multiple homes, guest houses and recreational amenities, is co-listed by Dennis Dargavel and Colby Garza of Hunt Commercial Real Estate.
