EAST AURORA, N.Y. — It’s been less than five months since Brian Fitzharris took the helm at Fisher-Price, and he’s honed in on what he calls the “superpower” of the East Aurora campus.
His leadership and vision as senior vice president and general manager are perhaps especially important now, amid a challenging year for the brand and its parent company, Mattel.
