NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. — The Town of Niagara will get its first brewery early next year when Falls Brewery opens on Military Road this spring.
The project is under construction at 2408 Military Road at Military Square Plaza in an 8,000-square-foot space that previously housed an Oogie Games store and a tattoo shop.
Plans call for a five-tank brewery with a taproom and restaurant with a menu to include wood-fired pizza, wings, bar food and burgers. The space will have a banquet area plus a range of family-friendly entertainment options such as two mini-bowling lanes and two full swing golf simulators that also will allow baseball, hockey, and zombie dodgeball.
