BUFFALO, N.Y. — About halfway through the month, March has landed its first million-dollar home sale.
Jordan and Holly Levy sold Soldiers Place, Buffalo, for $1.2 million to Thamer R. Qaqish, according to March 14 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.
This is only the third time the Elmwood Village house has exchanged hands over at least the last 53 years, based on Erie County Real Property information.
