ELLICOTTVILLE, N.Y. — Visitors to Ellicottville’s ski country will have a new option for a drink, a meal and a night’s rest this season when the Lincoln opens at 6089 Route 219 – across the street from Holiday Valley Resort.

The former Telemark Hotel has been converted to a high-end boutique motel with 12 rooms and two Airbnb suites. The adjacent restaurant, which previously operated as Slopeside and Cadillac Jack’s, will reopen as Pour Taproom Ellicottville as the Buffalo-based company expands south.

The hotel project comes from Route Two Nineteen LLC, which is spending nearly $2 million on renovations to all rooms, new furnishings, finishes and amenities as well as a reimagined outdoor space. The project also received sales tax breaks from the Cattaraugus County Industrial Development Agency.
