BUFFALO, N.Y. — For the first time since 2021, the bar is open at the Statler.
Milton’s at Statler reopened with a rotating guest chef program called Milton & Friends, starting Nov. 15 with Moneybags Dumplings headlining the soft opening through Nov. 17.
The lobby bar at 107 Delaware Ave. is open from 4-9 p.m. in a revamped setting, including TVs and a pool table. Owner Jali Carroll of Moneybags, based on Buffalo’s West Side, specializes in Asian-style fried and steamed dumplings.
