BUFFALO, N.Y. — A former apartment building has reopened downtown as a luxury condominium development.
The Glenny, at 251 Main St., officially opened Nov. 16 and includes 36 one- and two-bedroom units, according to a press release. The site was developed by Priam Property Management LLC and CEO Paul Kolkmeyer, who has also undertaken renovation projects like the Rand Building, the former Goodyear Mansion and the Marin, sister building to the Glenny.
Developer Kolkmeyer filed in 2022 an application with the state Attorney General’s office to convert the Glenny building’s apartments into condos.
