BUFFALO, N.Y. — A developer is planning a cluster of small shops for a long-vacant parcel at 935 Seneca St.
The Buffalo planning board on Monday approved Buffalo Bungalow's site plan for the construction of six metal-clad buildings, each 1,000 square feet, on the triangular, 0.6-acre property.
The project would cost an estimated $2 million, and construction is slated to take only five months, according to the site plan application.
