Connecticut company pays $2 million for West Seneca property

WEST SENECA, N.Y. — A Connecticut company has paid $2 million to purchase a logistics facility in West Seneca.

KAD West Seneca Realty LLC of New Britain, Connecticut, bought 50-60 North America Drive from Michigan Garage and Equipment Inc. of West Seneca, according to documents filed Wednesday with the Erie County clerk's office.

The 8.3-acre property houses Mohawk Truck Inc., which sells and services parts for tractors, trailers buses and other heavy vehicles. It's also a dealer of Thermo King mobile refrigeration products.
