BUFFALO, N.Y. — Three years after launching her charcuterie business, Natalie Gaulin is taking the next step and will open a café in North Buffalo.
Seven Hearts Coffee Co. will open in September at 2929 Main St. on the ground floor of The Rails, a five-story, 312-unit apartment community at Hertel Avenue and developed by McGuire Development Co. and Blackfish Cos.
Seven Hearts is housed in shared space with the Valvaere Collective, a group of women-owned businesses. Construction is set to finish soon in the space, where Gaulin’s shop will be housed in 550 square feet. Offerings will include grab-and-go charcuterie, coffee and baked goods. The space has seating for about a dozen people.
