BUFFALO, N.Y. — The buyer of the former TLC-Lakeshore Health Care Center in Irving has announced plans for a 100+ bed behavioral and mental health facility, providing addiction recovery and treatment services.
Brooks-TLC Health System signed a deal this spring with Northeast Medical for the hospital campus, which has been closed since early 2020. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Identifying itself as a medical services company led by a group of professionals from various fields, NE Med said in a press release it aims to close escrow on the campus before September. Renovation proposals will require approvals from the state as well as from the Town of Hanover and Chautauqua County.
