ERIE COUNTY, N.Y. — An Elma home sale has put Erie County’s 2023 million-dollar home sale total at 57.
Glenn Snyder and Iris Hudson sold 105 Stoneridge Lane, a house largely patterned after HGTV’s 2006 dream house in Asheville, North Carolina, for $1.3 million to Mark Mendel, according to Dec. 29 filings in the Erie County clerk’s office
Snyder and Hudson originally listed the home about two years ago for $2.4 million, as the two anesthesiologists planned to retire in 2023 and move to Sarasota, Florida, Business First previously reported. The pair later removed the single-family home listing and then relisted the property in 2023.
