WEST SENECA, N.Y. — The former Country Peddlers building in West Seneca has been sold for $915,000.

New owner Molly Barrett said a Mexican restaurant, ice cream shop and dog day care will move into the property at 1340 Orchard Park Road.

Barrett’s company, Barrett/Gentry Holdings LLC, purchased the property from Bonita L. Cartonia, wife of the late Robert Cartonia, who ran Country Peddlers.

“It’s a beautiful building, it’s absolutely gorgeous,” Barrett said.

Country Peddlers sold ice cream, produce, baked goods and deli products. It opened in 1990 and closed recently.
