6-story Pearl Street building sold by Shea's

Shea's and Murphy settled the lawsuit in April. Terms of the settlement were undisclosed.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Shea’s Performing Arts Center has sold a six-story Pearl Street building it quietly purchased two years ago.

505 Pearl Street WNY LLC, a company controlled by Shea's, sold the building to TNC 505 Pearl LLC, of Long Island, for $1.4 million, according to documents filed Nov. 29 with the Erie County Clerk's office.

Representatives for the seller and buyer could not be reached for comment.

Shea's, through the LLC in 2021 paid $1.3 million to buy the vacant, 42,000-square-foot building at 505 Pearl St. from the estate of the late developer Mark Croce. The building is adjacent to Shea's 710 Theatre.
