After years of work, the lavish Goodyear Mansion at 888 Delaware Ave. has been converted to apartments.

There's one in a former billiard room. Two in what was once Charles Goodyear's bedroom suite and another in his office. Several in the servants quarters and one in a guest room where President Grover Cleveland reportedly slept when he visited Buffalo.

Developer Priam Development has received its certificate of occupancy and is seeking tenants.

"Everything in here pretty much has been touched," Priam CEO Paul Kolkmeyer said of the $10 million project. "It really is spectacular."
