BUFFALO, N.Y. — Stockholm-based H&M is closing its location at a Buffalo-area mall.
H&M, an international clothing, shoes and accessories retailer, will shutter its Boulevard Mall store in Amherst on Jan. 6, according to a sign in the shop.
The brand, which is an anchor tenant for the Amherst mall, also has shops at the Walden Galleria and the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls.
The Boulevard Mall has lost some retailers over recent years as it is in the middle of the redevelopment process. As of Dec. 4, there were nearly 50 empty storefronts in the shopping center.
