HAMBURG, N.Y. — A historic retail building at 12 Main St. in the Village of Hamburg has been sold for $1.16 million.
W2L Property LLC of Orchard Park purchased the property from 12 Main Street LLC, an affiliate of the Tzetzo Companies.
The first floor of the building houses Spot Coffee, Salon Savvi and Realm Furniture Design. There are four apartments on the second floor.
A representative from W2L Property said the company plans to keep the existing tenants in place for the foreseeable future.
