Leadership at a major Buffalo based manufacturer continues to change

Another retirement in General Mills’ C-Suite will add more changes to the roles of its executive team.

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Another retirement in General Mills’ C-Suite will add more changes to the roles of its executive team.

Shawn O’Grady, who has been with the company 35 years and served as group president for North America Foodservice, announced his retirement, effective this summer, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Jeff Harmening, chairman and CEO of General Mills Inc. (NYSE: GIS), said in the filing that O’Grady led “significant growth” in that business segment through the pandemic.
