BUFFALO, N.Y. — Sylver’s Place is bringing back breakfast – and lunch – to a downtown office building.

The café opened for business Jan. 26 inside Olympic Towers at 300 Pearl St. in Buffalo, where the Lunch Box closed last April.

The menu includes soups, sandwiches, wraps and salads as well as entrees such as French toast and shrimp and grits. In addition to indoor seating, Sylver’s offers grab-and-go items.

It’s the first brick-and-mortar location for Sylver Cooley, who has been offering private catering for years, starting with dinners six years ago she sold to fellow students in the dorm while she was studying economics in college.
