Business First analyzed multiple listing service data, compiled by the Buffalo Niagara Association of Realtors, for Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Genesee, Orleans and Wyoming counties. We found a small but increasingly mighty million-dollar residential real estate market.
