BUFFALO, N.Y. — A pair of century-old buildings in the heart of downtown Buffalo are on the market.

Marotto Realty Corp. is looking to sell 112 Franklin St. and 60 Niagara Square, with an asking price of $1.3 million for both.

The Maratto family has owned the adjacent properties for decades.

"They want to put it in the hands of someone who can hopefully redevelop that nice corner and turn it into something nice and special, while also maintaining the historic character," said Tyler Balentine, real estate salesperson with Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Co., which is handling the listing.
