AMHERST, N.Y. — A father-son duo expect to construct a new commercial building in Amherst.
Torey Hirsch Sr. and Torey Hirsch Jr. plan to build two-story mixed-use building at 1635 N. French Road. The building would have 6,640 square feet of retail space on the first floor and 3,000 square feet of retail space next to a manager's suite on the second floor.
The Hirsch family already owns a two-building commercial parcel next door at 1639 N. French Road, which has five tenants, including the Hirsch-owned Greater Buffalo Gymnastics Center.
