BUFFALO, N.Y. — A turn-of-the-century Buffalo residence is the latest million-dollar home sale in Erie County.

Annmarie Maxwell recently sold 70 Oakland Place, Buffalo, for $1.18 million to 70 Oakland LLC, according to July 11 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.

The buyer is listed in the filings as Kevin P. Nugent, chief operating officer of Ferguson Electric.

The single-family residence was built in 1900, based on Erie County Real Property information. The 3,363-square-foot home has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths and two fireplaces.
