BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo is getting another state-regulated weed dispensary.
Premier Earth Corp. will open its doors at 1297 Hertel Ave. in Buffalo at 4:20 p.m. Wednesday, according to owner Joe Wojciechowski.
“I’m cautiously optimistic,” he said. “I think we’ll have a good turnout. I’m not celebrating anything yet. I’m just looking to get through the first year.”
Wojciechowski, who has a conditional adult-use retail dispensary (CAURD) license, said he was ready to open in July, but his plan was held up with permitting and by the lawsuit and subsequent injunction filed in August. The state settled the lawsuit last month, lifting the injunction and allowing for his store to open.
