CLARENCE, N.Y. — A Spaulding Lake subdivision home in Clarence recently sold for more than $1 million.
Lisa King and Michael King, trustees under the Lisa A. King Living Trust, sold the Rockhaven Drive home for $1.74 million to Brian and Amy Dempsey of Clarence, according to Feb. 13 filings with the Erie County clerk’s office.
A single-family residence selling for more than $1.7 million isn’t an everyday occurrence for Erie County. The price of $1.3 million was the median for million-dollar homes sold in Erie County in 2023 – 57 was the total. You can read the full story on Buffalo Business First's website.
