BUFFALO, N.Y. — Buffalo has skyrocketed to the top in Zillow’s 2024 list of hottest housing markets.
Zillow Group Inc. (NASDAQ: ZG) recently released its hottest housing market ranking, which analyzes the nation’s 50 largest metro areas, the Queen City came in first place, toppling Charlotte, North Carolina.
It's important to note that Buffalo was not included in Zillow's 2023 analysis due to lack of data.
