WEST SENECA, N.Y. — Two developers are hoping to bring a 30-unit apartment and townhome complex to 1425 Orchard Park Road in West Seneca.
William Sahlem and Brian Hillery are asking the town to rezone the 3-acre property to allow for the construction of the complex, according to paperwork submitted to the town.
Preliminary plans call for three two-story building. The first would have six attached townhome units; the other two would each house 12 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
The property previously housed a house and garage, which have been demolished. The lot borders Allendale Elementary School, St. Peter's United Church of Christ and a Sunoco station.
