WEST SENECA, N.Y. — First it was a mansion, then offices. Now, a stately West Seneca building could become affordable apartments, part of a larger project that also would bring several townhomes to the 11.7-acre parcel.
Rochester developer Home Leasing is seeking the town's approval for the 88-unit project at 2544 Clinton St.
The building was once a residence, but it's long served as offices. It's currently the local office for New York City-based children's book publisher Rosen Publishing. A Rosen affiliate has owned the property since 2016.
