LANCASTER, N.Y. — Uniland is planning to add more than 100,000 square feet of flexible warehouse space in Lancaster, targeting smaller commercial users.
The first phase will consist of three one-story buildings, totaling 45,000 square feet and divided into 30 units. These 1,500-square-foot units will be leased to small businesses and contractors for storage and light manufacturing, with the option to combine multiple units for larger users.
"We really feel that this is going to fill a market need," said Ryan Weisz, senior marketing manager for Uniland. "It just gives that flexibility in the market that we don't typically see."
