BUFFALO, N.Y. — A mobile home park in Newstead has been sold for $850,000.
Country Meadows Estates LLC of Kenmore purchased 11922 Buckwheat Road from Country Meadows of Alden LLC, according to documents filed Feb. 28 in the Erie County Clerk's office.
Eric Fenar, who purchased the 33-acre parcel with partner Jason Mang, said the first priority is to fix up the roads in the park, which have fallen into disrepair. They also plan to implement new rules for residents such as prohibiting swimming pools and unregistered cars being stored on-site.
