BUFFALO, N.Y. — Apartments, retail and restaurant space could revive a vacant six-story vacant building in Buffalo's Theater District.
Details are scarce on plans for 505 Pearl Street, but owner TNC 505 Pearl LLC and CJS Architects have applied to City of Buffalo Common Council for an adaptive reuse permit for the property. According to the application, apartments are planned for most of the building. The rest would be commercial space, with retail or restaurant tenants yet to be determined.
TNC 505 Pearl LLC is an affiliate of Third Nature Capital, a development company based on Long Island that specializes in adaptive reuse and multifamily properties.
