Station Twelve’s building permits expire next month. Here's where the project stands

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Years after the project began, Station Twelve on Sheridan Drive has hit a milestone.

The project’s three building shells have been completed, according to Mark Berke, Town of Amherst’s commissioner of building. The site’s building permits, which originally went through October 2022 but got extended, were set to expire April 13, 2024.

Property owner WS Development did not respond to Business First’s requests for comment on Station Twelve.
