BUFFALO, N.Y. — Kings Court Bar and Grill is in development for South Buffalo.
Jacory Chambers and his uncle, Henry King, have signed a lease for the 3,200-square-foot property at 1994 Seneca St., the former South End Eatery that was acquired in 2018 by Hook & Ladder Development.
Chambers, a truck driver with a restaurant background, is bringing in a chef with six years’ experience and a culinary degree from Paul Smith’s College. Plans call for an American-style menu with Caribbean influences, with such offerings as Jamaican jerk egg rolls and Hawaiian teriyaki burgers.
